You will be charged in Canadian dollars upon checkout and the actual amount you are charged will vary based on the exchange rate charged by your credit card provider on the day of purchase.
You can also find a Retailer in your area if you would like to pay in your local currency.

Online: Add all items you’ve fallen in love with to your cart and follow the prompts to complete your checkout! Make sure to double check your shipping information before you finalize your order. Once we receive your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your order number and a copy of your paid invoice. If you ordered In Stock items, your order will be processed within 3 business days and shipped to you with a tracking number. If you have Pre-Ordered items, your order will ship according to the product description information (plus processing and shipping time).

In Stock items are available for purchase right away and will ship according to timelines noted on our site.
Pre-order items are products that are due to be back in stock according to the timeline noted in the product description. Order your desired items on pre-order to ensure that you are at the front of the line once we receive those goodies back in stock!
Note: Clearance items are available while quantities last and are not restocked.
We strive to keep our dresses in stock, but sometimes they're more popular than we anticipate! If items go out of stock, it can be at least a few weeks before they are restocked. To avoid disappointment and to check this important task off your wedding to-do list, we recommend ordering at least 5 months prior to the wedding date. That way, if your chosen items are not in stock, you'll still have plenty of time to pre-order and get your dresses in time for the big day.
Note: seasonal colours are only available while quantities last and are noted on the website as having limited inventory, so they should be ordered as soon as possible.
NOTE: You do not need a Paypal account to checkout with PayPal. Paying via PayPal also allows you to pay using more methods (additional credit cards such as AMEX and Discover, debit, bank account, etc.)

All orders are shipped from our Toronto area warehouses. Delivery of In Stock items will take 7-11 business days (please allow up to 4 days to receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information). If your order includes In Stock and Pre-ordered items, your order will be held and shipped once all items are ready to ship; if you would like some items shipped sooner, please contact us.
Swatches are shipped via regular un-tracked postal mail with Canada Post; please allow 10-14 business days for arrival.

The following tips should also be shared with for everyone who will be trying on ConvertiStyle™ apparel and accessories (including yourself!!):
Bra: Wear a strapless bra or bustier with a deep V in the front and a low back. For hygienic purposes, it is best to wear a bra for fittings. Please avoid wearing lace or heavily textured bras. We highly recommend adhesive bras like Henkaa’s Infinity Bra because they offer the most styling flexibility.
Underwear: Wear seamless underwear and/or Spanx and avoid thongs, lace or thick seamed underwear. To get a better idea of the ideal underwear, take a look at our SeemFree™ intimates panty collection.
Shoes: Bring shoes that will be worn during the special event or a pair of high heels, as this will give you a better idea of where the dress will fall. If you forget the shoes - don't worry, we have a few pairs you can try on too!
Other Stuff: Please avoid wearing heavy deodorant and or perfumes. If you have long hair (shoulder length and longer), bring a hair tie or a hair clip to make it easier to style and see unique back styles.
All of Henkaa's convertible dresses are maternity friendly. The adjustable straps can be worn above the baby bump for an elegant empire waist and the construction of the skirt and flexible sizing allows for your baby bump to grow. Our customers have worn Henkaa convertible dresses before, during and after pregnancy (our dresses are also nursing-friendly).
The flexible sizing of Henkaa's dresses means that they can be adapted to smaller frames of children and youth too! The Sakura Convertible Dress, particularly the Mini length, is a great dress for children and petite youth! Fitting adult sizes 0-14, the straps of the dress can also be wrapped around a child at the chest and waist for coverage and snugness. The addition of a convertible bandeau ensures more coverage as well.
Please note that depending on the height of your child, and where you desire the length of the dress to fall, you may also want to consider the Sakura Midi or Maxi or Iris Midi or Maxi. Our Iris Midi Convertible Dress in particular is also popular for school-aged to high school students.
Lastly, body shape will also determine how each dress length drapes on each person's body. The Details tab in the product pages provide some approximate measurements to help you gauge which length is most suitable for your child.
Our Sakura Maxi and Iris Maxi Convertible Dresses are suitable for heights ranging up to 6' (wearing flats). There are certain styles that can lengthen and shorten the dress but will still show off your favourite Henkaa style! Also keep in mind that no matter what height you are, a casual look using the Maxi convertible dress as a Maxi skirt will flatter any body type and height!
Should you require additional length, you can contact Henkaa Studio which provides more customized length options for Sakura, Iris and Ivy convertible dresses.
Henkaa dresses are size-flexible so you can avoid the hassle of multiple fittings and alterations to fit the dress to your torso.
If you need to adjust the length of the dress, you can have it hemmed or cut cost-effectively with a trusted seamstress.
Sakura, Iris and Blume Convertible Dresses have a raw edge and can be easily tailored to your ideal length, with no special machine hemming required — just a straight cut. For Sakura and Iris, we recommend informing your seamstress that these dresses are cut on a bias.
Henkaa's Ivy and Calla dresses, as well as our convertible overlays in Hana and Daffodil have sewn hems that can also be altered if needed.
Please note: Different styling techniques, as well as the type of shoes worn, will affect the length of the dress, so please be sure to keep that in mind before alterations.

Our best advice is to take your dress out of the package, put it on and play around with it to discover all its possibilities! There is a style for everyone's preferences and skill levels.

We're all about making your life easier. Caring for your Henkaa convertible dress is stress-free! Simply place your dress in a netted laundry bag and into your washing machine on the delicate cycle in cold water. After it’s been washed, just hang to dry or place on a drying rack and it’ll be as good as new!
Our Hana and Daffodil chiffon and lace overlays are more delicate and require additional care. Please hand wash garments in mild detergent before hanging or flat drying.
The great thing about our dresses is that they are wrinkle-resistant! However minor wrinkles may become apparent if packed in a suitcase for too long. Have no fear, we have an easy fix! We recommend using a steamer or clipping your convertible dress on a pant hanger in the bathroom during a shower. The steam will help the wrinkles disappear from the dress and make it party-ready for another fun night out!
Our Henkaa garments love nothing more than to travel! Not only do our dresses wrap into small, convenient packages, they also help to eliminate many other articles of clothing because you can style and wear them in so many different ways and for so many occasions. That means you can pack light and save some room for souvenirs from your travels!
Simply hold the dress by the waistband with the straps facing away from your body, then fold in half towards you (bringing each side seam together at the waist). Now fold/roll the skirt down in 8-10" repeating sections until you reach the end of the skirt. Use the remaining strap length to twist loosely around your bundle and you're off!

To make a return request, please refer to our Return policy and contact Henkaa Customer Care. One of our friendly team members will be happy to assist you by providing you with a Return Authorization number and instructions on how to return your item(s). Please ensure there are no stains, odors, or pet hair on garments. Henkaa reserves the right to refuse a refund or charge a 20% damage fee if the item(s) returned are not in new, unworn condition. All returned garments in good condition are donated to a local women's charity in Toronto.
We do not offer exchanges; however you can return the item(s) you do not wish to keep and purchase a new, desired item from the website.
NOTE: All items marked as clearance and/or ending in .98 and intimates are Final Sale. Unauthorized returns sent to Henkaa Inc. will not be accepted or issued a refund/exchange. Henkaa does not issue refunds for purchases made directly with an Authorized Retailer - please speak to them about their policies.

If your order has not been fulfilled, we will be able to cancel your order before it is shipped. If your order has already been packaged and is on its way to you, please accept the delivery, and give us a call. A member of our Customer Care team would be more than happy to assist you in processing a return for your items and issue you a Return Authorization Number within 30 days of shipment receipt. Please note that you will be responsible for all fees associated with your return shipment. Henkaa reserves the right to issue a 20% damage fee for the return of damaged merchandise.
