    Do you offer Express or Overnight shipping?
    To explore your choices for Express, Overnight, or Priority services, please place all items in your cart and provide your shipping address. The stated timelines at the checkout are not guaranteed. Please note that not all products are eligible for upgraded Express, Overnight, or Priority services.

    Orders upgraded to FedEx services cannot ship to PO Box addresses.

    How are the shipping prices calculated?
    When calculating shipping costs, factors such as location, order size, weight, and chosen service during checkout are taken into consideration.

    The shipping cost is subject to change at any time without prior notice. Additional delivery fees may be required for large, wholesale, or bulk orders. Henkaa will always notify customers before billing any extra costs prior to shipment.
    How do I get a shipping quote?
    1. Add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart.
    2. To view your cart, click on the shopping bag icon located in the top right corner of the page.
    3. On the cart page, you will find the "Shipping Calculator" button, which is located below the list of products in your cart.
    4. Enter your country, province/state, and postal/zip code in the required fields.
    5. Based on your location, our website will present available shipping options along with their corresponding rates.
    6. If you require estimates for shipping service speed, that information will be available on the checkout page.
    Do you ship to PO Boxes?
    We do not ship to Post Office boxes. If you provide a PO box address when placing an order, we will contact you to request an alternative shipping address.
    Can I combine shipping for multiple orders?
    We are unable to combine shipping for separate orders. For combined shipping, we kindly suggest placing all desired items in your cart and completing the checkout process in a single transaction.
    How quickly will orders be processed for shipping?
    The expected delivery standards provided at checkout do not include the handling and processing time of 3–5 business days. This range is not guaranteed and it may increase during periods of higher volume sales. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends, Ontario's provincial holidays, or Canadian federal holidays. Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received. The shipping confirmation email will include tracking information.
    Are the estimated delivery times for shipments guaranteed?
    We make our best effort to provide average estimated time of arrivals (ETAs) for the shipping services utilized to deliver our products. However, it is important to note that we do not have any control over any delays caused by the shipping carrier. Therefore, the delivery timelines are not guaranteed and should be considered as average estimations.

    Henkaa is not responsible for delays that may occur due to extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, holidays affecting courier services, or delays caused by Customs and Border Protection which are beyond our control. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, the Canadian Territories, and other remote or international regions, such as mountainous or rural areas, may take longer than anticipated.
    How can I track an order?

    You can track the progress of your package by using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you are unable to locate the email in your inbox, please check your promotions and spam folders.

    What if there is no one available to accept the delivery of an order?
    Sometimes, Henkaa utilizes delivery services that require a recipient's signature upon delivery. It is mandatory for an individual to be present on the day of delivery in order to sign for the package. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the delivery person will leave a note providing instructions on how to retrieve your package. It is crucial that the parcel be collected from the carrier within the designated deadline; otherwise, the shipment will be returned at the customer's expense.
    Will I be required to pay taxes, customs, and duties upon or after delivery?
    The good news is that there are no additional import fees for shipping addresses in Canada. We are pleased to manufacture our convertible dresses here and ship them from Toronto!

    International customers are responsible for paying any and all fees that are billed to them upon or after delivery. These fees include, but are not limited to, customs, taxes, duties, and tariffs. Please note that Henkaa will not be paying any of these related expenses on your behalf.
    Why was my order shipped in multiple packages?
    Despite our best efforts, orders may be shipped in multiple parcels and potentially on different dates. Orders may need to be split into several parcels for shipping, depending on the size and type of products ordered. Shipping confirmation emails containing the tracking number for each package will be sent to you via email.
    What happens if the tracking indicates "return to sender"?
    If the return is a result of an error made by the purchaser and/or receiver in providing an incorrect shipping address, the original shipping fees will not be refunded, and the purchaser will be held responsible for the expenses associated with reshipping. Additionally, we reserve the right to offer alternative options as we deem appropriate. If our error leads to the package being returned to the sender, we will reship it free of charge.
