Our Fall/Winter 2019 Lookbook was packed with wedding inspiration perfect for your wedding planning. Follow along as we breakdown some of the biggest wedding trends for the upcoming season!

Shades of Purple

Bridesmaids wearing Henkaa Dusty Purple Bridesmaid Dresses worn on three women of varying skin tones and body types.

We have seen a steady increase in our purple tones for the past year with swatches in our stunning purple tones which leads us to believe that shades of purple are the next big wedding colour.

Bridesmaids wearing Henkaa Plum Purple Sakura, Iris and Daffodil Convertible Dresses.

Henkaa all started with one Plum Purple Sakura Midi flash forward 10 years and it’s still the IT colour. We also included our dramatic Eggplant Purple and Soft Dusty Purple for some contrast!

Warm Metals

Muna Keyliye wears the Henkaa Dusty Rose Sakura Maxi and gold jewelry by Accessories by Talia.

Gold, rose gold, and copper still reign supreme when it comes to wedding cutlery and other metal accents and we are here for it! We chose to pair gold jewellery and accessories with our cool-toned dresses for some contrasting warmth.

Gold cutlery stands out on this plum purple tablescape provided by Suzette Patrice Events and styled by Michelle Rabbit Events.

For a cohesive look, we matched our cutlery with our jewellery and went with some stunning gold-tones. What a way to make your wedding guests feel like royalty!

Purple Ombré

Models line up in Henkaa Sakura Convertible Dresses in colours: Eggplant Purple, Plum Purple, Pure Ivory, Dusty Purple and Charcoal Grey.

Sure one shade of purple is great for a monochromatic look but pairing two or more shades adds so much dimension. Blue ombré has been a huge trend but we predict purple ombré to steal the spotlight for Fall/Winter 2019 weddings.

Models hold bouquets provided by Hana Florals in Purple Ombré convertible dresses.

With Henkaa convertible dresses not only can each bridesmaid choose their preferred style, but they can also choose their preferred shade of purple... and hey, happy bridesmaids make a happy bride right?

Unexpected Touches

Models connect in Sakura Chiffon Convertible Wedding Dress and Charcoal Grey Sakura Maxi Convertible Dress in front of a hexagon shaped arch.

Fall/Winter 2019 is all about the unexpected. I’m sure everyone has seen an arch at a wedding in one way or another, but have you seen an arch in the shape of a hexagon? Unique decor is a great way to keep guests on their toes and create incredible photos as well.

Personalized leather/pleather jackets is another fun detail we included in our shoot. Add some edge and some warmth by including leather/pleather jackets for you and your girls. Take it up a notch by personalizing them with some script (this is a great gift for a bridal party)!

Effortless Bridal

We predict that Fall/Winter 2019 will encourage more brides to play is simple when it comes to their wedding dress. Our Iris Chiffon Convertible Wedding Dress looks absolutely stunning and is also incredibly simple.

Our Sakura Chiffon Convertible Wedding Dress is perfect for the bride who wants more styling options because she can keep it simple for the ceremony and re-style the dress for a more dramatic look for the reception!
