get the look: rihanna’s grammy dress
Every year during Red Carpet Season, it’s exciting to see what the stars will wear to the Grammy’s. Being known as the most relaxed and fun of the big awards shows, this year, CBS asked attendees to avoid exposing too many “fleshy bits” in an effort to keep the rating PG. This didn’t stop stars from sporting meshy dresses and strategic cutouts and our favorite look of the night was Rihanna’s custom Azzedine Alaia! Personal problems aside, she looked stunning in her first appearance back at the Grammy’s. It didn’t hurt that she wore our current color of the month– Ruby Red!
Here’s how to get Rihanna’s look: Start with the Sakura Ruby Red Maxi Convertible Dress inwith a Hana Ruby Red Maxi Chiffon Overlay overlaid on top of the skirt. Make sure to wear a Infinity bra too! They can be worn with the center clasp undone if you want to go for more cleavage baring looks. Follow along with the mini video below to see how I tied the dress to get the same cutout look! Layering the chiffon underneath can give you the effect of the mesh triangle as well, so experiment with it!
