All in stock items take up to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) to be processed and shipped from our warehouse unless otherwise noted on the product page. Orders may be shipped separately.
Shipment weeks for backordered items are indicated on your order confirmation email. If your order includes both in stock and backordered items, your order will be held and shipped once all items are ready to ship ; if you would like some items shipped sooner, please contact us.
Express orders placed before 9:00am EST with confirmed payment will be processed and shipped on the same day. Express orders placed after 9:00am EST will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Note that orders are only shipped when payment is confirmed as received. The shipping times indicated in the table below are calculated based on the date the package leaves our warehouse, not from when you make the order. Days are measured in business days, not including weekends or holidays.
*This timeline is in addition to 1-3 days order processing time for in stock items or processing time as noted for backordered items. We recommend that you give yourself enough time to receive your shipments in a timely manner. Henkaa cannot be held responsible for delays due to the courier service's holiday shipping schedule. Alaska, Hawaii, Canadian Territories and other remote regions, including mountainous or rural regions, may take longer to ship. Henkaa does not ship to P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses, as they cannot receive guaranteed shipping.
Orders can potentially become delayed in Customs beyond our estimated delivery time. If it's been over 20 days and your order has not yet arrived, please contact Henkaa customer service.
NOTE: Shipping fees are subject to change without notice. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on the size and bulk of the order. Henkaa will always contact customers before any such charge is added.
All North American orders are shipped with tracking number and signature options. Please contact Henkaa prior to placing an order if you cannot provide a "ship to" address where someone is present to sign for the package during regular business hours. If you redirect or cancel your shipment after it has been shipped out, refuse a shipment from Henkaa, or cannot sign for a package without notifying Henkaa beforehand, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Henkaa.
