UNITED STATES SHIPPING 

Orders are packed and shipped Monday to Friday only. Express orders are shipped within 1 business day and standard orders are shipped within 2 business days from the order date. Orders placed before 11:00am EST, Monday to Friday will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 11:00am EST Monday to Friday, on weekends or on holidays are processed on the next business day. Orders that contain items on pre-order will be fulfilled when the items are back in stock.  

All US orders are shipped with tracking number and signature options. Please contact Henkaa prior to placing an order if you cannot provide a "ship to" address where someone is present to sign for the package during regular business hours. If you redirect or cancel your shipment after it has been shipped out, refuse a shipment from Henkaa, or cannot sign for a package without notifying Henkaa beforehand, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Henkaa.

We recommend that you give yourself enough time to receive your shipments in a timely manner.  Henkaa cannot be held responsible for delays due to the courier service's holiday shipping schedule or customs inspections.

P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses cannot receive guaranteed shipping.

CANADA SHIPPING

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Henkaa is now shipping to the following International destinations:

Please be aware that orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to local customs fees or duties.  Every country has different procedures and fees for incoming packages.  Henkaa does not have information on customs or duties and we are not able to estimate these charges.  Please check with the proper local authorities before making your purchase.  Henkaa is not responsible for non-paid import charges, nor will Henkaa issue any refunds or exchanges for deliveries that have been refused for non-payment of import related charges.

Henkaa cannot guarantee delivery dates on International Orders.
