Outfit Your Bridal Party Full Contest Rules

  1. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win the CONTEST.
  2. Deadline for entries is February 14, 2012 11:59pm EST.
  3. The wedding must occur in the 2012 calendar year.
  4. The bride and groom must agree to have their wedding featured on the Henkaa website.
  5. Entry Format. Participants may enter online by filling out the form or manually by filling out a ballot at the Henkaa store or at one of the Wedding Shows we're exhibiting at (except the Halton Bridal Show) within the entry period.  Those who would like to increase their chance of winning, they may do so by liking us on Facebook or following us on Twitter and posting a message with how many bridesmaids you have and which color you want to win!
  6. Finalists will be confirmed on February 16, 2012. Each finalists will be contacted and will have until  February 18, 11:59pm EST to submit one picture and a story for why their wedding party deserves to win. If a selected finalist does not respond or submit a picture and story in time, another finalist will be selected.  
  7. The finalists' picture and stories will be posted for voting on Facebook for a one week period.  The three (3) finalists that receive the most "LIKES" will win the three (3) available prizes.  
  8. Each wedding party can only win one (1) prize. The prizes include all associated shipping and delivery costs.
  9. Should the contest offer more than one prize, only one unique contestant can win each prize. One contestant cannot win multiple prizes within the same contest. All decisions of the Henkaa Inc.  with respect to all aspects of the contest are final.
  10. In the case of a tie for any of the prizes, Henkaa will randomly select a winner to break the tie. 
  11. Winners must agree to submit at least four (4) of their photographs and their wedding story and have them displayed on the Henkaa website and used by Henkaa for any purpose, at any time, without any fee or other form of compensation. Henkaa reserves the right to disqualify and delete any photographs or stories, without notice, and for any reason.
