Henkaa finally debuted in the US at San Diego’s Bridal Bazaar last weekend! Just as we had imagined, it would be pure wedding mayhem. The sunshine weather on Sunday helped us get in the spirit and prepare for the thousands of attendees browsing through the hundreds of vendors showcasing their best wedding pieces.
Henkaa was right in the center of the show where brides stopped by to show interest over the beautiful dresses. Our Henkaa stylists demonstrated how easy it would be to switch from a twisted two strap dress to an elegant one shoulder style in a matter of seconds.
A trade show is not complete without our fashion show! Henkaa was also a hit at Bridal Bazaar’s fashion show, having nine girls showcasing various styles (wearing Peach-Pink Coral, Royal Blue and our simple Pure Ivory Gown). The models even performed a small dance routine that showed off how comfortable and chic the Henkaa dresses were!
You can see how the fabric moves so easily and our full skirt will make every girl want to twirl in our Sakura convertible dresses.
All in all, it was a fantastic show to participate in and a great experience for us! Everyone left with a brochure in hand armed with many ideas for their upcoming weddings!
Thank you San Diego Bridal Bazaar for hosting our debut and we also want to thank our neighbouring vendors who showed us such great hospitality. There are a million reasons why we love what we do but being part of a bride's special day is definitely on the top of our list! Good luck to all the brides we met!
