We're winding down the end of April and we know travel season is ahead of us. Sometimes packing can seem overwhelming whether it may be a long or short trip. As women, we always want to look fabulous without having to overthink, so here are a couple great tips for you to keep in mind when you're ready for your next destination.
1. Make a List Even if you're heading out for a few days to even a few weeks, making a list can be one of the best ways to start. As you tally or anticipate your activities, you can match your outfits and figure out what you will need and what to leave at home.
2. Layer, Layer, Layer Save your luggage space for that extra shopping you might do. (Oops, did we say that?) Keep your thick and bulky sweaters/jackets at home. Instead, consider wearing multiple layers of lightweight attire. These can help to trap air and conserve body heat.
3. Consider a Wrinkle-Resistant Wardrobe When you travel, we can all agree that time is precious. Try to bring clothes that are not prone to wrinkling. Pack your Sakura Convertible dress and just before you wear it, hang the dress in the washroom while taking a hot shower, to allow the steam to get your dress in perfect form.
4. Go with a Consistent Color Theme Increase your mix and match options by creating a similar color theme, whether you want to stick to cool or warm hues, you will be able to create more outfits when your travel wardrobe matches.
5. Pack Tight Folding clothes in your suitcase can serve more purpose than just being neat. If you are able to get your clothes tighter and flatter, you will be able to find more space for everything else. Or better yet, you can always roll or bundle-wrap your clothes to pack tightly.
Keep these tips before you pack and you'll be ready for your fun-filled vacation. Happy packing!
