A Very Pregnant Pam

Pam, a yummy mummy to be for the 3rd time just sent us a picture she took before an evening out.  Doesn't she looks FAB in her Night Black Sakura Short Convertible Dress?  Here she's full term at over 8 months pregnant and she's actually giving birth by C-section today!
